| Location: South Africa » North West » Ventersdorp VENTERSDORP The town of Ventersdorp was established as a Dutch Reformed Church parish on the farm Roodepoort in 1866. The village was named after the owner of the farm, Johannes Venter. The town is located near the source of the Schoonspruit ('beautiful stream'), which runs through the town to join the Vaal River near Orkney.

Witkrans Game Ranch Witkrans Game Ranch is situated in the heartland of the North West Province, one and a half hours drive from Johannesburg.
